Stock Market LIVE Updates | Domestic markets closed higher on Thursday, marking their third consecutive day of gains, despite fluctuations due to mixed global signals and the monthly expiry of January F&O contracts.

The trends on Gift Nifty also indicate a mildly positive start for the Indian benchmark index. The Gift Nifty was trading around 23,438 level, a premium of nearly 20 points from the Nifty futures’ previous close.

Among the top 30 companies, significant gains were recorded by Bharti Airtel, Power Grid, Bajaj Finance, Nestle, Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance Industries, Asian Paints, IndusInd Bank, Hindustan Unilever and HDFC Bank.
