A cohort of federal workers convened Monday morning in Orlando for a roundtable hosted by U.S. Congressman Darren Soto.

The Trump administration says the move will improve the passenger experience, but union officials fear it will harm morale and hurt recruiting efforts.

"Attempting to negate [TSA workers'] legally binding collective bargaining agreement now makes zero sense – it will only reduce morale and hamper the workforce," said Rep. Bennie G.
