Matthew Stafford could very well play for another team in 2025. His agent has reportedly been allowed to talk with potential trade partners and the Los Angeles Rams don’t appear to be in any rush to give Stafford the money he is looking for in a new deal.

Matthew Stafford's time with the Los Angeles Rams could be nearing an end, as the franchise recently gave the veteran QB permission to talk to other teams about his value. Stafford is still under contract for the next two years with the Rams but they could both decide to go their separate ways if another franchise decides they want to make a push for the Super Bowl-winning QB.

INDIANAPOLIS — The Giants and Matthew Stafford’s representatives met Tuesday at the NFL Scouting Combine, a source told The Post. The move further escalates the likelihood of a new franchise quarterback coming to New York — even if it is a 37-year-old Pro Bowler for a team that is coming off of a 3-14 season.
