Former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman took the chance to address the public and reflect not only on his time in office, but his wife Carolyn's as well.

Carolyn Goodman, who has served as Mayor of Las Vegas for 13 years, was honored with the renaming of Civic Plaza in her honor, and looks forward to the future with her husband Oscar.

Between first Oscar and then his wife Carolyn, the city of Las Vegas has been under Goodman leadership for the past 25 years.
