On Tuesday at 9:21 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated extreme cold warning in effect until noon. The warning is for Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha counties.
The extreme cold warning includes the counties of Dane, Sauk, Iowa, Jefferson, Lafayette, Green and Rock for midnight through 9 a.m. Tuesday.
