LANSING — Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's $83.5 billion budget plan, her seventh, features a number of proposals related to businesses, jobs and the economy. The 2025-26 fiscal year blueprint, along with $510 million in suggested supplemental spending for the current 2024-25 budget, will be considered by lawmakers in coming months.
