Lincoln Police arrested a 41-year-old man Thursday after he was suspected of lighting a car on fire and stealing two beers from a nearby convenience store.

Jeremy Andel, 37, of Platte Center, was charged with child enticement and third-degree sexual abuse by a school employee for allegedly attempting to lure a teenage girl into sexual contact.
