The road for the Minnesota Timberwolves to climb the standings in the West just got more difficult because forward Julius Randle will be out for at least two weeks.

The Timberwolves are 27-23 through their first 50 games of 2024-25. Minnesota is 6-4 in their last 10 games but has lost two in a row. Against the Jazz on January 30, Julius Randle suffered a right adductor strain.

With the trade deadline just two days away, local insiders expect the Minnesota Timberwolves to hold on to Julius Randle.
