The popular Texas-based wing restaurant Pluckers has closed both of its Baton Rouge locations. Pluckers officials said they decided to close the locations at the Mall of Louisiana and at 4225 Nicholson Drive after discussions with the local franchise operator.

The popular spot served wings with different flavors of sauces including maple chipotle, garlic siracha, spicy lemon pepper, spicy garlic parmesan, buffalo mild and honey B.B.Q.

The restaurant’s owner made the decision after calculating costs to upgrade the businesses and determined it was best to close both locations.
