Russian soldiers increasingly sabotage their own boats and equipment to avoid having to attack the Dnipro River islands on the southern front, Ukrainian resistance group Atesh claimed on Dec. 10.

Russian soldiers themselves seem to be undermining their own efforts, sabotaging military equipment to avoid deadly assignments on the Dnipro River. The Dnipro River has become a focal point of Russia’s operations in southern Ukraine.

Oleksandr Prokudin warned that the occupiers were planning an attack on Kherson. "Three hundred boats are ready to cross the Dnieper," he stated. It turns out that Russian soldiers are not eager to do so.

Citing an agent within the Russian invasion forces on the Prydniprovskyi front, the guerrilla group revealed that the number of sabotage incidents among Russian military personnel is increasing.
