A look at where and when Canton-area girls high school basketball teams will open the OHSAA tournament after seedings, pairings were released Sunday.

Here's is the schedule for the 2025 OHSAA high school girls basketball postseason from the the draw to the state final four.

The Alabama high school basketball season is officially into the postseason as area tournaments kick off around the state. Area tournaments can get started on Thursday and go through Wednesday for Class 1A-6A. Class 7A, with its lack of sub regional play, gets its area tournaments start on Feb.5 and goes through the 8th.
