Rock greats Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks will bring their "Two Icons One Night Tour" to the Bay Area in October, playing Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, according to promoters.

Acclaimed vocalist Nicks first came to worldwide fame as a member of Fleetwood Mac, helping propel that band to multiplatinum heights on 1977’s “Rumours” and other albums. She also has had a fantastic solo career, delivering such hits as “Edge of Seventeen” and “Edge of Midnight.”

Two-time Oscar winner Gene Hackman winner delivered some of Hollywood’s most memorable performances in “The French Connection,” “Hoosiers,” “Unforgiven,” and many other classic films. Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, were found dead in their home in New Mexico, the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office told CNN. He was 95.
