Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex offers two indoor and outdoor pools, with lanes dedicated to a slow, medium and fast pace. Swim for All sessions take part in the main indoor pool and are suitable for all levels. Whether you want to splash away with family and friends or practice your strokes, this session is for everyone.

If swimming is more your activity, we have a 50m indoor Main Pool, a Teaching Pool which is home to our Better Swim School programme for all ages and abilities, an outdoor splash pool plus a 50m outdoor lido (opens April-October) for outdoor swimming enthusiasts.

The Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex is a leisure centre in Uxbridge, operated by Better (GLL) on behalf of the London Borough of Hillingdon. The complex is centred on the Grade II listed outdoor swimming pool, known as Uxbridge Lido until 2010, when the newly built centre and refurbished pool were opened.

Hillingdon Lido, formerly known as Uxbridge Lido, is a 50m, Grade 2 listed outdoor lido and located within the Hillingdon Sport & Leisure Complex, just off the A40 in West London. The iconic lido will be open for Swim for Fitness from April–October.

Home to a 50-metre indoor pool and an outdoor lido, it presents opportunities for family swims, learning sessions for beginners, and challenging lengths for the more accomplished swimmers. The gentle splash zone for younger children perfectly complements the swimming facilities, promising hours of water-filled amusement.
