Aug 30, 2022 · It’s been 90 days since USCIS received my RFE response for form I-864. I’ve seen a lot of people saying that USCIS has 60 days to review an RFE response but I couldn’t find anything about this on their website. It’s also appears that until the RFE isn’t reviewed my EAD card will not get approved.

Denies RFE evidence saying that we didn't included URL links for the citations. We even doubt that 0858 wrote a denial notice before we submitted the RFE evidence as he didn't even consider the evidence and exactly copy pasted RFE all over again on the denial notice without any consideration to additional evidence.

Aug 6, 2023 · As the title says, I applied in March 2022 for AOS, just crossed the 17 months mark. Got the Medical RFE in February and sent it back right away in March. Hoped that the case finally moves forward but waited till this Thursday that USCIS acknowledged the receipt of the RFE but the hoped next day approval didn’t happen. Denver FO.
